Power Supply Options
The 3100 Slim Series units can be supplied in various different ways:-
- One unit can be connected to suitable 24vDC ±30% power supply and then looped to up to 130 additional units, max 2.5A.
- One unit can be connected to a suitable 24vDC ±30% power supply and mounted on to the 9400 Power Rail to distribute power to up to 20 units, max 0.4A
- The 3405 Power Connector Unit can be connected to a suitable 24vDC ±30% power supply and then to the 9400 Power Rail to distributor power to up to 100 units, max 2.5A.
- The 9410 Power Connector Unit can be connected to a suitable 24vDC ±30% power supply (plus a secondary back-up power supply) and then to the 9400 Power Rail to distributor power to up to 200 units, max 4A.
- Loop-powered units are powered directly from the 4-20mA signal.
All devices are ATEX Approved and can safely be used in a safe area, or in ATEX Zone 2 environments.
Units with the suffix -N do not include the power rail connections and can only be powered via the terminals.
