The Omni-VHS Flow Transmitter/Switch is a Volumetric flow sensor designed for measuring flow rates in viscous, lubricant media. It provides a 4(0)-20mA or 0(2)-10V output, along with a digital display for local indication of flow measurement. The Omni-VHS features a programming ring that can be turned to different positions to set or modify parameters or removed to prevent unauthorised adjustments.
The Omni-VHS flow transmitter is designed to monitor viscous media like oil, utilising a volumetric principle with two interlacing screws driven by the flowing medium to achieve measurements largely independent of viscosity. It features an easy-to-read backlit graphical LCD display, analogue output (4-20mA or 0-10V), and two programmable switches, operable through a programming ring for settings adjustments and protection against unintended changes. The transmitter’s construction includes a stainless steel case with a hardened mineral glass pane and an aluminum housing, suitable for industrial use and capable of operation and measurement in both forward and reverse flow directions

VHS Flow meters are available for pressure up to 350 Bar. These would be either Steel Connections, or Aluminium in combination with SAE Flanges, contact us for these options.
