MVT-50U mV/Thermocouple Input Module for XR440

MVT-50U

MVT50U Thermocouple / Millivolt Input Module for the XR440 Pocket Logger. MVT Module converts the 4 input channels as follows: Channel 1: Precision thermistor for ambient temperature or CJC readings; Channels 2 & 4: Standard Inputs (0-5vDC, Pace Sensors or resistive inputs); Channel 3: mV or Thermocouple Inputs, mV Range: 0-50mV with a 12µV resolution. Thermocouple Input suitable for Type J, K, N, R, S, T, B, C, E Thermocouples. Thermocouple input will read either high or low temperatures relative to ambient temperature reading. Module adds 9mm to overall length of an XR440.

Mvt-50u Thermocouple Limitation

The Mvt-50u must be set (in Pocket Logger Software) to read either high or low temperatures. When set for high temperatures, the low temperature limit is the ambient temperature of the Mvt Module. When set for low temperatures, the high temperature limit is the ambient temperature of the Mvt Module. The Mvt-11b and Mvt-22b do not have this limitation.
