MSR Dry Shipper Data Logger

The robust MSR85 data logger ensures reliable temperature monitoring for products transported or stored with dry ice. It is ideal for sensitive goods such as pharmaceuticals, vaccines, biological samples, tissues or enzymes that require a secure cold chain down to -85°C. Logger has bright LEDs for each alarm recognition and can generate PDF and CSV reports with data and graphics on arrival. New units are supplied with 5 point calibration certificates and are EN 12830 certified for food and pharmaceutical logistics and comply with FDA 21 CFR Part 11

Description

The robust MSR85 data logger ensures reliable temperature monitoring for products transported or stored with dry ice. It is a perfect solution for monitoring the transport of sensitive goods such as pharmaceuticals, vaccines, biological samples, tissues, and enzymes requiring a secure cold chain down to –85 °C. Thanks to its replaceable battery and long operating life, the MSR85 is reusable, cost-effective and sustainable solution for cold chain monitoring.

Set-up is remarkably simple: Before use, configure all required parameters such as alarm limits, measurement interval or time zone using the Configuration Tool and USB interface. Recording is then started conveniently with the push of a button. After transport, recipients can immediately see via the LED whether threshold values have been exceeded. Once recording is stopped by pressing the button, and the logger is connected to a PC via USB, the MSR85 automatically generates tamper-proof PDF and CSV reports with all relevant data.

The MSR85 Dry Shipper Data Logger is a standalone device suitable for logging temperatures between -85 and +70°C. The units has internal memory for 32,000 readings with a resolution of 0.1°C. Logging intervals are selectable from 1, 5, 8, 10, 15, 30 mins, 1 hour and 2 hours. Start can be delayed from 1 min up to 45 days in advance, over via two secure push buttons. LED indicators showing of logging, alarms and battery status. Replaceable 3.6V ½AA battery with up to 100 days logging at 10 mins interval. Polycarbonate/ABS food grade enclosure with USB C port inside and to access PDF or CSV reports. Supplied with calibration certificate.
