Description

Product Applications – LEO2EI-1-30BAR-1/4″BSP

Water Systems

Continuous monitoring of industrial water systems with a LEO2Ei-1-30BAR gauge enables the early detection of pressure fluctuations. This allows for the swift identification of issues such as faulty valves causing pressure spikes, or equipment malfunctions leading to pressure drops, facilitating preventative maintenance and minimising downtime.

HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning)

Monitoring pressures in refrigerant or air conditioning systems with a LEO2Ei-1-30BAR gauge is crucial for preventing costly repairs and stock spoilage. Detecting pressure deviations early can highlight potential problems that could lead to compressor failures or temperature increases, allowing for timely intervention and avoiding system failures.

Pneumatic Systems

Many industrial pneumatic systems, utilizing compressed air for power tools and machinery, benefit from visual pressure indication. The LEO2Ei-1-30BAR provides accurate pressure readings, ensuring proper pressurisation and aiding in troubleshooting. The maximum reading capture feature can reveal failure points, assisting in identifying the root cause of issues within the pneumatic system.

Features

  • Pressure range of -1 to 30 Bar
  • Display read out can be changed to 7 different units of measure
  • Display updated twice a second for a rapid response
  • Front Buttons allow switching between Min or Max readings
  • Swivel Adapter allows for optimal positioning, even under pressure
  • Rubber Cover is available to protect the gauge from knocks or damage
