GL860 Data Logger

Description

The Graphtec GL860 is a versatile, high-capacity isolated multi-channel data logger designed for high-precision monitoring of voltage, temperature, and humidity. Serving as the advanced successor to the GL840 series, the GL860 features a vibrant 7-inch wide colour display and an upgraded 8GB internal flash memory, doubling the storage of previous models. Its unique modular architecture allows users to expand from 20 channels up to 200 channels, with four interchangeable terminal options including the B-565 high-voltage terminal for CAT II 300V environments and RTD support. With a maximum sampling rate of 5ms and integrated G-REMOTE cloud connectivity, the GL860 is the premier choice for complex R&D projects, Electric Vehicle (EV) battery testing, and large-scale industrial process validation.

The Graphtec GL860 is supplied as a high-performance “Main Body” logger to provide maximum flexibility for diverse engineering requirements. Unlike fixed-channel units, the GL860 requires the separate purchase of at least one input terminal block to function. This modular approach allows you to tailor the logger specifically to your data acquisition needs—whether you require the standard B-563 terminal for general purpose logging, the B-563SL screwless terminal for rapid high-density wiring, or the high-voltage B-565 terminal for CAT II 300V safety and RTD (Pt100/1000) support. By selecting the terminal that matches your sensor types, you ensure a cost-effective and precise measurement solution without paying for redundant hardware.
