Description
The Autoflow FS6200 Series is a high-performance, field-adjustable micro flow switch designed for the most demanding gas monitoring applications. Engineered with a rugged 316 Stainless Steel poppet-and-spring mechanism, the FS6200 offers a high-resolution adjustment screw that allows operators to precisely set trip points from 30 sccm to 30 slpm. With a 3,000 psig pressure rating and optional CSA certification for hazardous locations (Class I, Div 1), it is the industry benchmark for safety-critical purge monitoring, analyzer protection, and flammable gas systems. Whether installed in a high-density semiconductor tool or an offshore refinery, the FS6200 delivers the mechanical reliability and field-configurability required when process integrity is non-negotiable.

Field Configuration Logic
These units are Field Adjustable, allowing the user to set the switching point:

Clockwise Rotation: Decreases the flow set point (compresses the spring less).

Counter-Clockwise Rotation: Increases the flow set point (increases spring resistance).
