Description
The FLCS-01 Horizontal Float Switch is a reliable side-entry liquid level sensor designed for various applications, including drinking water, general water levels, un-pressurised central heating systems, and fuel-level monitoring. This external fitting switch features a durable acetal housing with a polypropylene float and EPDM sealing grommet, ensuring a minimum specific gravity of 0.8 for effective operation. It offers rapid push-fit installation and utilises reed switch reliability, with a SPST and ruthenium contact material. The switch can be configured as normally open or closed by rotating the float and operates with a maximum switching voltage of 250 VAC, a maximum switching current of 1.0 A, and a maximum power of 15 watts. It can withstand temperatures up to 60°C and an operating pressure of 5. The electrical connection is via 0.1-meter long 22 AWG (16/0.2mm) PVC insulated black cables.
