DUT-E Fuel Level Sensors

The DUT-E Fuel Level Sensor is designed for fuel level measurement in tanks of vehicles and stationary tanks. Probe lengths are available in 700 and 1000mm lengths, but can be reduced by up to 30% without the need of any re-calibration. Output options for CANBus, Modbus, voltage, frequency or 4-20mA.

Features

  • Electrical non-interaction with the tank body
  • Allows cutting “at place” up to 90% of its initial length without recalibration. 30% limit on analogue and frequency outputs.
  • Protection of fuel level sensor output from short circuit
  • Protection from over voltage (up to 100V)
  • Sensors are delivered calibrated, ie. devices are interchangeable and there is no necessity to make tank calibration when you replace DUT-E sensors.
  • Stable and exact output signal
  • Bayonet lock and small overall dimensions of the outside sensor part
  • Possibility of sealing

1% for moving vehicles

Analog (Output Range 2.5-9.0V);
Digital CAN interface;

Digital RS 485 interface;
Frequency Output 500-1500 Hz.
Length 350, 700 or 1,000mm

 

 

* The Measuring probe of DUT-E can be cut by 90% of its initial length and/or extended to 6000 mm. Length cutting/extension can be done right at the place of installation, just before mounting to fuel tank. That increases installation speed installation time, reduces costs for sensor delivery to place of installation, what is especially important for projects where fuel tanks are higher than 1000 mm.
