The Tinytag ACS-5050 is a robust, Stevenson-type environmental radiation screen designed to protect data loggers from harsh outdoor conditions. Built with a specialised louvred structure, it shields sensitive instrumentation from direct precipitation and solar radiant heat, preventing localised thermal build-up that causes inaccurate sensor readings. The internal housing is specifically optimised to securely hold up to two Tinytag Plus 2 or Tinytag Talk data loggers simultaneously. By maintaining unrestricted, natural airflow through the chamber, it guarantees highly accurate, unadulterated ambient temperature and humidity data acquisition.
