Tinytag Offload Connections

Description

The ACS-3030 inductive pad is used for configuration and downloading data from the Tinytag Splash, Transit and Aquatic data loggers. The pad connects wirelessly to the loggers and provides a much quicker connection option when used with larger batches of these loggers and can be used with wet or dirty loggers. The inductive pad also helps to prevent condensation build up in the Transit 2 loggers. Which can be an issue when using the cable to configure in a warm office, then deploying into a cold environment.

The pad should not be positioned on top of electrical equipment (such as a PC or monitor), or metal surfaces, as this will disrupt communications between the pad and the data logger. Data loggers should be placed in the centre of the pad as shown below.
