N480D PID Temperature Controller

Description

The N480D-RPR temperature controller features a dual display and mains power supply. This is a low cost, easy to program, PID controller that features two relay outputs and a 0-12V control output. The N480D-RPR process controller is the ideal product for mains voltage applications that require a high-quality temperature controller with a Voltage Pulse Output, 12V @ 20mA plus one SPDT and one SPST-NO relay outputs.

Features

  • Dual Display: Top 4 Red Digits, 10mm high for variable reading, Lower 4 Green Digits, 7mm high for setpoint.
  • Input: Thermocouples (Type J, K, T, E, N, R, S or B). or PT100.
  • Output Options:
    • Control Output: One SPST-NO 1.5A Relay
    • Voltage Pulse Output: 0-12V / 20mA for SSR’s
    • Relay Output: SPDT 3A Relay Option
  • Power: 100-240vAC
  • Ramp and Soak: one controlled ramp and one timed soak are standard.
  • Auto Tuning PID with DeepControl (DeepCTRL) software,
  • Detects Any Sensor Failure.
  • Easy-to-set programming menu for non-experienced users.
  • Big Size Buttons, Can be operated by users wearing gloves. with protection by hardware.
  • Size: 48 x 48 x 110mm, ABS Polycarbonate enclosure.

DeepCTRL Technology
