The retrofit options for older BM25’s with ATEX certification will result in the new unit being changed from a Zone 0 ATEX certification to Zone 1
Retrofitting the P/N 6313888 sensor with the P/N 6313969 LEL sensor involves:
– Modification of the main electronic board (P/N 6451553).
– Addition of a mechanical adapter.
– Replacement of the nameplate.
This must be carried out by the manufacturer and cannot be carried out by the customer or by any on-site technicians.
