The Hygrosoft is a software product and used to communicate with measurement instruments from Rotronic. Hygrosoft can perform measurement, device configuration, handling of log data, calibration, adjustment and water activity. The software is available for desktop PCs (MS Windows) and mobile devices (Android and iOS). Water Activity version available on MS Windows platform only and subject to an additional charge.
The new HF5A Advanced Humidity and Temperature Transmitter is ideal for all applications where the exact measurement of humidity and temperature is of decisive importance, for example the food and pharmaceutical industries, printing and paper industries, meteorology, agricultural sector, archaeology and climatology. The HF5A can also provide Psychrometric calculations for more detailed outputs of readings, making this unit more suitable for more detailed analysis of environmental conditions. The transmitters come in various configurations and the optional software allows digital versions to be networked together to form a dedicated environmental monitoring system.
The HF5-EX series can only be used together with the intrinsically safe HC2-EX probes to provide a temperature and humidity monitoring system suitable for use in a Zone 1 or 2 Hazardous Area. The relative humidity and temperature can be displayed and output as analogue 4-20mA signals. Calculated psychrometric values such as dew point or mixing ratio can also be derived and provided as one of the output signals. Probes are interchangeable and suitable for mounting in Zone 0/20. Ranges: Temperature -40 to +60C, Relative Humidity 0 to 100%. Accuracy 0.8%RH, 0.1C.
