Phosphine Calibration Gas Cylinders

Phosphine (PH3) is a highly toxic, flammable, and colourless gas widely utilised in agricultural fumigation, grain storage protection, semiconductor manufacturing, and specialty chemical synthesis. Because exposure to even minute concentrations can cause severe pulmonary edema, central nervous system damage, and fatality, ensuring absolute accuracy from your toxic gas detection instruments is critical for operator safety. Our precision-engineered single-gas phosphine cylinders provide the rigorous reliability needed to verify sensor thresholds against acute industrial hazards.

Due to the reactive, unstable, and adsorptive nature of phosphine gas, standard containers will rapidly degrade mixture concentrations. All of our PH3 calibration cylinders are housed in specially treated, passivated Aluminium cylinders to prevent wall absorption and  guaranteeing long-term shelf-life stability and NIST-traceable accuracy. Whether you are using portable 34L and 58L aluminum cylinders for field inspections and fumigation site checks or deploying 116L capacities for maintenance across your safety monitor fleet, our inventory delivers uncompromised performance.

Available Phosphine Cylinders

Choosing the right cylinder size depends on your operational scale and testing setup:

  • 34L & 58L Portable Cylinders: Compact and lightweight options suited for agricultural safety officers, pest control technicians, and industrial hygienists performing on-site bump tests or manual calibrations.
  • 116L Cylinders: Provides a higher volume of calibration gas for industrial facilities, semiconductor fabrication plants, or safety teams maintaining multi-unit instrument deployments.

Phosphine (PH3) Single-gas cylinders available, split by capacity:

34L Capacity (Aluminium)

  • Part Number 18107805: 5 ppm Phosphine (PH3), Balance Nitrogen, Aluminium Cylinder

  • Part Number 18104055: 1 ppm Phosphine (PH3), Balance Nitrogen, Aluminium Cylinder

58L Capacity (Aluminium)

  • Part Number 18107797: 5 ppm Phosphine (PH3), Balance Nitrogen, Aluminium Cylinder

  • Part Number 18104058: 1 ppm Phosphine (PH3), Balance Nitrogen, Aluminium Cylinder

116L Capacity (Aluminium)

  • Part Number 18107810: 5 ppm Phosphine (PH3), Balance Nitrogen, Aluminium Cylinder

  • Part Number 18104060: 1 ppm Phosphine (PH_3), Balance Nitrogen, Aluminium Cylinder
