The PB-7006-3M is a specialist stainless steel probe with a 3m flat cable which can monitor a wide temperature range from -80 to +250°C. The flat, flexible cable is designed to pass through a fridge or oven door seal without leaving a gap that a larger cable might leave. This waterproof (IP67) probe uses a high specification resin and a unique manufacturing technique that allows both the sheath and the cables to be exposed to their full temperature range. The 3m cable can be suitable to monitor products from freezer, to a fridge and then to the oven, preventing contamination and changing probes.
