Motion Reference Unit for Heave Motion

MRU Motion Reference Unit

Designed to meet off shore marine and hydrographic requirements, the MRU series offers accurate Pitch & Roll, Heave, Sway, Surge, Accelerations, Angular rates, Heading, Velocity and Positions from a compact, cost effective sensor. Heave accuracy is 5% or 5cm, while pitch & roll is just 0.03° after post processing. Outputs available are Binary, TSS-1 and NMEA 0183 ASCII characters through a RS232, 485 or 422 interface.
