2 x 3.5g tubes of Thermally conductive and electrically insulating thermal glue, Part Ref: MOUNT-1213. Operating temperature range -40 to +150°C, thermal conductivity 7.5W/(mK). Ideal for all kinds of applications requiring additional mechanical stability.
