Condensation Prevention Sensor WD-CPS

This Condensation Prevention Sensor is designed to meet the requirements for a low cost device capable of providing early warning of the onset of condensing conditions. Applications include chilled beam/ceiling systems where control safeguards are required to avoid indoor rain. The sensor provides either a volt-free changeover contact or current output and is housed in a small enclosure which can be strapped to the chilled surface that requires monitoring. The unit is 24vAC/DC powered

WD-CPS Condensation Sensor

Description

Our condensation prevention sensor calculates the actual dewpoint based on the ambient relative humidity and the temperature of the surface. The unit can even adjust the switching point within a range of ±3˚C of the dewpoint. It also outputs the measured level condensation using a 4-20mA control signal and gives additional LED indication on its status. By monitoring for critical dew point conditions, our detectors help prevent costly equipment failures, data loss, and operational disruptions in a wide range of applications.
