Description
The VM-6360 is a portable vibration meter designed for comprehensive machinery health monitoring and preventative maintenance. Engineered to provide high-precision measurements of Acceleration, Velocity, and Displacement, this versatile handheld tool allows maintenance engineers to detect early signs of mechanical failure in rotating machinery such as motors, pumps, and fans.
Distinct from entry-level units, the VM-6360 features a dedicated Bearing Fault Mode with a high-frequency range up to 10kHz, specifically tuned to identify subsurface bearing defects before they lead to catastrophic failure. It also integrates an electronic stethoscope function, allowing users to listen for abnormal mechanical noises while simultaneously viewing digital readings.
Equipped with an external piezoelectric accelerometer for maximum signal integrity, the unit supports RS-232C connectivity for PC-based data logging and trend analysis. Whether used for periodic inspections or troubleshooting complex vibration issues, the VM-6360 offers a rugged, reliable solution for maintaining industrial uptime and optimising equipment longevity.
