Description
The Novus DigiRail IoT, Part Ref 8811825420, is the ideal tool to read sensors and send the data to a local Ethernet network and then on to your cloud service. This device allows you to monitor the operation of machines, devices, or processes. Among its many applications, this multi-input module allows you to record operation time and stand-by time and the amount of approved and rejected parts, indicates the need for preventive or corrective maintenance, or monitor operating conditions in general. The device has 6 digital inputs, 2 analogue inputs and 2 digital outputs, RS485 interface, USB interface and RJ45 Ethernet communication interface, allowing you to collect data and send to your central Cloud account. The unit is compatible with the main clouds on the market, such as Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, and Novus Cloud. In addition, it can be integrated with MES, SCADA, and ERP systems
Key Benefits
- Fast integration with local or cloud systems
- Communication via MQTT, Modbus TCP, and RS485 (Modbus RTU)
- Ethernet connectivity for different types of infrastructure
- Compatible with regulatory requirements and data validation
- Ideal for applications in automation, energy, utilities, and Industry 4.0
