Description
The LPMS-INC1 CAN is a high-precision dual-axis MEMS inclinometer designed for robust inclination measurement in demanding industrial and heavy-machinery environments. Featuring an operational measurement range of ±90° per axis, fine resolution below 0.001°, and an accuracy of 0.011° RMS, it delivers high-reliability tilt sensing over standard high-speed CANOpen networks (up to 1Mbps). Engineered with advanced digital signal processing and onboard temperature compensation algorithms, the sensor maintains measurement stability across a wide -20°C to +80°C} temperature span. The unit is housed in an IP67-rated anodised Aluminium enclosure with a waterproof M12 connector, making it suitable for construction equipment, automated guided vehicles (AGVs), solar tracking arrays, and structural health monitoring installations.
