Description

The Fluidwell E110 is an explosion-proof flow indicator and totaliser designed for hazardous environments, featuring specialised logging options for process traceability. Operating in volatile atmospheres like oil, gas, and chemical processing, this rugged device captures a comprehensive audit trail by storing historical flow rates, totalised volumes, and daily logs directly to its secure, non-volatile internal memory. These records can be configured to log at set intervals or during specific process events, ensuring critical metrics are preserved even during sudden power disruptions. To maintain safety in hazardous zones, operators can extract this logged data without opening the flameproof enclosure using a safe infrared (IR) communication interface. Alternatively, data can be transmitted remotely to central control systems via Modbus communication protocols, making regulatory compliance, field auditing, and process analysis both seamless and secure.
