WindMaster 3-axis ultrasonic anemometers are used to gather high value information by a range of customers. Users include wind energy site surveyors, military engineers and research scientists. WindMaster has also been selected by a number of global OEMs and system integrators as a core sensor within their systems.
Models are also available with a horizontal head design for highly accurate vertical flow analysis or right-angled head design for restricted installation scenarios.
The WindMaster 3D ultrasonic anemometer will monitor wind speeds up to 65m/s (145mph), providing digital outputs for U, V, and W vectors, sonic temperature and speed of sound values. Analogue Outputs are also available with relevant options. The WindMasters are constructed from Aluminium and Carbon Fibre, or Stainless Steel, with an IP65 rating. 20Hz, 32Hz sample rates and configurable output rate. A right angled version is available to allow for more precise placement for unique installations requirements and the HS version provides a minimal disruption for vertical flow analysis with improved anemometer geometry.
