Description
The N322S is a specialised version of the standard controller designed specifically for Solar Water Heating applications. While a standard N322 looks at one temperature and has one set points, the N322S is a differential controller that compares two different sensors (usually labelled T1 and T2). The single SPDT (Max 250vAC @ 16A) relay can be used to activate the pump when the solar collector is significantly hotter than the water in the tank and a second SPST relay can be used to allow for additional control to turn back up heating to maintain water tank temperatures. This ensures that the hot water in the storage tank is kept at optimal temperature for use, even on cloudy days.
