Series PD10L Piezoresistive OEM differential pressure transducers with optimum stability from Keller. The PD10L Series pressure transducers are designed to measure differential pressure using a single silicon diaphragm, which is pressurised from both sides and measured the pressure difference directly. This design allows the sensor to measure tiny differences in pressure, even with high line pressures. Ranges 0.1 Bar up to 30 Bar DP with a line pressure of 200 Bar, PD10LHP up to 600 Bar. Compensated temperature range: -10 to 80°C, operating -40 to +125°C.

The 10LHP Series of pressure transducers have a robust housing made of Stainless Steel, giving them long-term stability for a range of OEM applications. The metal diaphragm is laser welded on front-flush and gap free, ensuring the piezoresistive pressure sensor is separated from the measuring medium. Every 10LHP pressure transducers come with a detailed calibration sheet, showing the pressure and temperature profiles over their entire range. 10LHP Series cells are available in ranges above 200 Bar, lower ranges available using the 10L cells and smaller cells using 4L..9L cells. Compensated temperature range-10 to 80°C, operating range -20 to +100°C..

The transducers includes a robust and corrosion-resistant front-flush diaphragm welded with no gaps and an insulated piezoresistive pressure sensor encapsulated in an oil-filled metal housing with O-ring and support ring. Transducers are available with Stainless Steel, Inconel and Titanium for operating pressures up to 2,000 Bar and temperature for up to 180°C. Low power consumption: 1mA (Max 3mA) and typical output signal range of 160mV/mA. Transducers supplied with calibration sheet.

The 7L Series are miniature pressure transducer with a robust stainless steel housing for optimum long-term stability for a wide range of OEM applications. The transducers includes a robust and corrosion-resistant front-flush crevice-free welded diaphragm and a piezoresistive pressure sensor, which is made from Silicon, separated from the measured medium. Transducers are available with Stainless Steel, or Titanium for operating pressures up to 200 Bar and temperature for up to 125°C.
