With 8 channel data logger (512K or 1800K memory), built into Peli IP67 transport case with 4-20mA loop power supply for sensors, 4 x 15,000 PSI pressure transmitter and K type thermocouple temperature sensor. The system was designed to monitor a large actuated valve with a log rate of 5hz, triggered when the valve began to open or close, in order to identify problems with the opening sequence.

Due to the large amounts of data recorded (up to 5 million readings) a USB memory stick was used to retrieve data from the logger. The DT80 also has the ability to publish data direct to a website without the use of a PC, using it’s internal web server.

Used to monitor pressure on remote treatment works. The Logger is fitted in an iP67 carry case, with battery backup to allow several weeks of operation without external power.  The SQ2010 holds 1.8 million readings providing ample memory for continuos logging over extended periods. Logging can be stopped and started from the logger keypad, enabling operation away from site without the need for a laptop PC.
