X101 Intrinsically Safe Linear Position Sensor

Quick Overview

The X101 is an ATEX approved, Intrinsically Safe stand alone linear position sensor that is suitable for use in hazardous areas with potentially explosive gases or vapours. The X101 units are supplied with a ratiometric 0.5-4.5vDC output, calibrated to any travel distance between 50 and 600mm, and full EMC protection built in. The sensors are very robust, the body and push rod are stainless steel, which provides a long service life and environmental resistance. The sensors are easy to install with various mounting options, the push rod can be supplied free or captive and environmental sealing is to IP65 or IP67, depending on selected cable or connector options.
