Piezoresistive pressure transmitters for high media temperatures up to 300°C.
The pressure is transferred over the flush diaphragm and the cooling spiral to the silicon measuring cell. Increasing the media temperature up to 300°C does hardly affect the temperature at the sensor (only a few degrees Celsius). The pressure connection for highly aggressive media is available in different, very resistant materials.
