This rugged and reliable mechanical flow meter is ideal for a wide range of media including gases and liquids. The fluid flows through the meter and displaces the target disc with a force proportional to flow. The meter can handle both clean liquids and liquids with significant solid content so it is ideal for drilling mud applications where the media can be oil or oil/water based mud.
The unit is available with sandwich body or flanges ( for larger pipes ) for sizes from DN65 up to DN500. The body can be steel or stainless steel. Two types of indicator are available, either standard mechanicla type for flow rate, or an electronic unit with both flow rate and flow total indication.
