For this application a pharmaceutical company required a calibrated flow meter that was able to measure the flow rate in pipes containing Pure water and de-ionised water. The low conductivity and the requirement to prevent contamination of the fluid, meant that standard turbine and electromagnetic flow meters were unsuitable. The solution was an ultrasonic flow meter.

Flowrate monitoring system with a realtime PC interface.

For this application our customer wanted to monitor the flow through two separate pipes in their factory with a realtime monitoring system that could be viewed on their PC in the control room. The monitoring system had to be non-invasive and provide onsite readings as well as a hardwired connection to the control room for constant monitoring.
