The series 2 DT80 is a robust, stand alone, low power data logger featuring USB memory stick support, 18 bit resolution, extensive communications capabilities and built in display. The DT80 can be mains or battery powered and the Dual Channel concept allows up to 10 isolated or 15 common referenced analog inputs to be used in various combinations. The DT80 is also capable of publishing stored data directly onto the web.

Multiple schedules allow for several different logging rates within one project. Input can be spanned to give results in engineering units. Alarm schedule allows digital O/P's to be set with voting. Results can be viewed real time ( in graphic or text format ) when connected to logger. Downloaded results can be imported directly into Lotus 123, Excel and other spreadsheets. The dataTaker CANgate is a CAN to ASCII gateway converting CAN (Controlled Area Network) and GPS data to serial data. It has been designed to capture the real-time data available on CAN and GPS networks (e.g. temperatures, RPM, brake/throttle settings, latitude, longitude, speed etc.) and pass that information on to either a dataTaker data logger or host computer system.
