Keller Series 7L Miniature OEM Pressure Transducer

Keller Series 7L Miniature OEM Pressure Transducer

Quick Overview

The 7L Series are miniature pressure transducer with a robust stainless steel housing for optimum long-term stability for a wide range of OEM applications. The transducers includes a robust and corrosion-resistant front-flush crevice-free welded diaphragm and a piezoresistive pressure sensor, which is made from Silicon, separated from the measured medium. Transducers are available with Stainless Steel, or Titanium for operating pressures up to 200 Bar and temperature for up to 125°C. Low power consumption: 1mA (Max 3mA) and typical output signal range of 160mV/mA. Transducers supplied with calibration sheet.

Details

The series 7L is a new generation of OEM pressure transducers from Keller that feature a smaller capsule with a crevice-free laser welded diaphragm. Each cell undergoes extenxive automated testing and is supplied with calibration data, which includes sensitivity, linearity, initial zero offset and thermal effects over the compensated temperature range.

The Series 7L OEM cells feature floating O-ring mounting to avoid errors caused by mechanical stress that ensures performance within the specifications. The housing encases the piezoresistive silicon presure sensor and a small quantity of oil that efficiently transfers the pressure exerted on the diaphragm to the silicon pressure sensor. Standard cells include Silicone oil AK100, but other oils can be use for specific applications. For example, Galden HT270oil is available for low pressure Oxygen applications, Fomblin M100 for Oxygen applications to 330 Bar.

Features

  • High long-term stability
  • Robust housings made from Stainless Steel, Hastelloy or Titanium
  • Front-flush, crevice-free welded diaphragm
