Ultrasonic Flow Meters − Time of Flight and Doppler

The ECO-200M is similar to the TUF-200F but is a DIN Rail mounted unit. The unit is a low cost clamp on ultrasonic flow meter and is ideal for long-term deployment for flow measurement and closed-pipe applications, such as liquid process control, water flow measurement (hot/chill water, city water, sea water), sewage and sludge measurement, and measurements of oil (crude/diesel/fuel), chemicals (alcohol, acids, etc.), beverage, and many other liquids. Once the sensors are clamped on the pipe using the supplied stainless steel straps it can be programmed in a matter of minutes via RS485. In addition, the unit provides 4-20mA and pulse outputs for flow rate and total flows.

The Omni TDI-200H is a completely non-invasive ultrasonic flowmeter using an ultrasonic signal to measure the flow rates using the transit time method. The unit has a built in data logger for over 2000 lines of data and option for an external data logger. The Omni TDI-200H has transducer pairs capable of measuring flow rates in pipes from 15mm up to 6,000mm at temperatures between 0 and 160°C. The Omni TDI-200H is a direct replacement for the Omni-TUF-200H.

The TM-8812 is a handheld microprocessor-controlled ultrasonic thickness gauge specifically designed to measure the thickness of metallic and non-metallic materials e.g. aluminium, titanium, plastics, ceramics, glass, plastics and other good ultrasonic wave conductors, as long as they have parallel top and bottom surfaces. This gauge can be used to determine the exact thickness of pipework to ensure the correct settings on an ultrasonic flow meter. The TM-8812 will check a pipe for loss of thickness due to corrosion or erosion.
